These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bhoggo platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering an account with bhoggo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any bhoggo service. Age verification is mandatory at registration and at first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to underage users will be suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with these terms.
All transactions on bhoggo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes set out in the Payment Terms section of this document.
All bonuses issued by bhoggo are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Attempts to abuse promotional offers — including multi-accounting or structuring deposits to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bhoggo login credentials. bhoggo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bhoggo cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Fraud, match-fixing, use of automated bots or software to gain unfair advantage, multi-accounting, money laundering, and any attempt to circumvent security or anti-fraud systems are strictly prohibited. bhoggo reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and retain balances where prohibited conduct is identified.
bhoggo provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to support responsible gambling. Important notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bhoggo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an Account, logging in to an existing Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bhoggo platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance takes effect at the moment of your first interaction with the platform following the publication of any version of these terms.
If you are using the bhoggo platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms and that you personally meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
bhoggo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the bhoggo platform. bhoggo strictly prohibits gambling by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. bhoggo may require you to submit documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion that an Account holder may be underage.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the bhoggo platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where bhoggo identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held in those Accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
The bhoggo platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from Restricted Territories do so in violation of these terms and any applicable local laws. bhoggo accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access by players in Restricted Territories. bhoggo reserves the right to close any Account it determines to be operated from a Restricted Territory.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bhoggo immediately by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. bhoggo will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution. bhoggo cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure or your failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.
bhoggo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); proof of payment method (a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bhoggo may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bhoggo support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any open investigations into your Account. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
bhoggo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bhoggo does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. bhoggo reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bhoggo Account Balance within 2 to 5 minutes of a successful payment confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service provider. Deposits via bank card or bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account after the applicable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank card and bank transfer withdrawals, subject to completion of KYC verification. bhoggo reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending compliance review. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same Account.
Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is specified in the relevant promotion terms at the time the bonus is issued. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the specified time limit will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
bhoggo does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. bhoggo accepts no responsibility for third-party charges applied by external payment providers.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bhoggo are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Wagers placed on live casino games, sports events with odds below 1.50, or any games excluded from a specific promotion do not contribute to the wagering requirement.
bhoggo employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets (arbitrage) using bonus funds; systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bhoggo reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel the bonus, forfeit any winnings, and permanently close the Account.
bhoggo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform. bhoggo is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the amendment or withdrawal of a promotion.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. bhoggo reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason. In-play bets are accepted subject to live feed availability; bhoggo accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party data providers.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). Where a result is subsequently reversed by the governing body, bhoggo reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error, bhoggo reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance.
All casino games on the bhoggo platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer infrastructure. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel. bhoggo accepts no liability for outcomes of individual game rounds.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, the round or bet will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy, which is available within the relevant game's information panel. If a game round cannot be completed due to a platform error, the stake for that round will be returned to your Account Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bhoggo platform:
Where bhoggo determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, bhoggo may take any one or more of the following actions: void all or any bets placed by that Player; suspend or permanently close the Account; forfeit all or part of the Balance and any Bonus Funds; report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the bhoggo platform — including but not limited to the bhoggo brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software interface, game content provided by bhoggo (as distinct from third-party game provider content), and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bhoggo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bhoggo platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of bhoggo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bhoggo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of revenue; loss of goodwill; or any other economic loss, whether caused by platform downtime, data feed errors, game provider failures, or any other technical or operational issue.
bhoggo does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bhoggo shall not be liable for any interruption to service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
bhoggo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at bhoggo.net/privacy-policy.
bhoggo uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the bhoggo platform shall be referred in the first instance to the bhoggo support team for informal resolution. bhoggo aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final response within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
